Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:⁣ Brussel Sprouts⁣ Balsamic Vinegar⁣ Olive Oil⁣ Salt & Pepper⁣ Directions:⁣ 1. Cut Brussel sprouts in fourths and place in a baking pan.⁣ 2. Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. ⁣ 3. Toss the sprouts around to coat them.⁣ 4. Roast @ 400 for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. ⁣ ***I like them a little charred so I turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes, be sure to keep the oven door open and watch them closely so they don't burn. ENJOY!😋⁣
