
Ingredients: Brussel Sprouts Balsamic Vinegar Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Directions: 1. Cut Brussel sprouts in fourths and place in a baking pan. 2. Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Toss the sprouts around to coat them. 4. Roast @ 400 for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. ***I like them a little charred so I turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes, be sure to keep the oven door open and watch them closely so they don't burn.
