Ingredients:
10 Allspice Peppercorns
1 Star Anise
1 Cup or 6 scoops of Bone Broth Powder
8 Cups of Water
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
1 Inch Knob of Fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp of Gluten-Free Fish Sauce
1lb of Bottom Round steak, Sliced Thin
2 Large Zucchini, Spiralized or 1 -2 packages of Frozen Zucchini Noodles (thawed)
1 Nappa Cabbage
Bean Sprouts
Limes
Cilantro Salt to taste ( I used about 1 tablespoon)
Preparation:
1. In a large pot boil water to a boil, reduce to a simmer and add in the powdered broth. 2. Add in all of the spices and allow to simmer for 30 minutes (add salt to taste) 3. Add in a handful of cabbage, and zucchini noodles and cook until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes. 4. In a small pot over low heat remove 1 cup of broth and add beef round. Allow the beef to cook for a few minutes and then add it to the large pot or top individual bowls the beef as you are serving it. (this step is optional and is so the broth will stay clear and beautiful.
5. Garnish Pho Bowl with cilantro, bean sprouts, and lime and Enjoy!😋
